這是專為 0-12 個月小寶寶準備的到府臨時托育服務。我是Hazel，來自臺灣的護理師，擁有15年以上月子中心經驗、嬰兒室與兒科病房照顧寶寶的豐富經驗。我一直以來最深耕的專業領域就是照顧 0 到 1 歲的嬰幼兒；為了把最讓人放心的專業照護和溫柔育兒支持帶給新手爸媽，第一次預約我們專注於一歲以下的小寶貝喔！若您的家庭需要長期穩定的托育服務（全職／兼職），歡迎直接與我聯繫討論。This is an in-home temporary childcare service specially designed for babies 0–12 months old. I'm Hazel, a nurse from Taiwan. I have 15 years of extensive experience caring for babies in postpartum care centers, newborn nurseries, and pediatric wards. The professional field I have always specialized in most deeply is caring for infants from birth to age one. To bring new parents the most reassuring professional care and gentle parenting support, we focus on babies under one year old for first-time bookings. - 餵養與營養Feeding & Nutrition
- 母乳／配方奶與副食品餵食、拍嗝，以及奶瓶餐具清潔。Bottle and solid-food feeding, burping, and cleaning bottles and utensils.
- 日常個人護理Daily Personal Care
- 尿布與護臀、手臉清潔、衣物更換及基礎洗澡。Diaper and skin care, hand and face cleaning, clothing changes, and basic baths.
- 睡眠與安撫Sleep & Soothing
- 協助建立作息、睡前準備、溫和安撫與睡眠守護。Support with routines, bedtime preparation, gentle soothing, and sleep supervision.
- 發展與感官遊戲Development & Sensory Play
- 俯臥、動作抓握、共讀、音樂與適齡感官探索。Tummy time, movement and grasping practice, shared reading, music, and age-appropriate sensory play.
- 安全與專業監督Safety & Professional Supervision
- 專注看護、環境安全、持續觀察與家長溝通。Attentive supervision, a safe environment, ongoing observation, and parent communication.
- 育兒環境維護Care Environment Upkeep
- 遊戲區、房間與嬰兒椅清潔消毒，以及寶寶衣物清洗與用品歸位。Cleaning and disinfecting play areas, rooms, and baby chairs, plus washing baby clothes and putting supplies away.

臨時托育收費標準Temporary Childcare Rates
- 平日 $30／小時Weekdays $30/hour
- 週六、日 $32／小時Saturday–Sunday $32/hour
- 每日 19:00 後 $35／小時（國定假日除外）After 7 PM daily $35/hour (except holidays)
- 國定假日 $40／小時，19:00 後 $45／小時（元旦、陣亡將士紀念日、獨立紀念日、勞動節、感恩節、聖誕節）Holidays $40/hour; after 7 PM $45/hour (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)
預約小提醒Booking reminders
- 每次預約至少 4 小時Each booking is at least 4 hours
- 目前僅開放未來三個月內的預約Bookings are only open for dates within the next three months
- 需至少提前 48 小時預約Bookings require at least 48 hours’ advance notice

第一次配合，先聊聊再決定——免費 30 分鐘，可用 Line、電話，或在星巴克面對面談。面談時可看證照與背景查核文件，談完覺得合適再預約，不用先付訂金。New to us? Start with a free 30-minute intro meeting — by Line, phone, or in person at a Starbucks. You can review credentials and the background-check report during the meeting, and book only if it feels right — no deposit needed for the meeting.

申請取消Cancellation Request
免費更改或取消期限：如需更改或取消預約，請於預約開始 48 小時前通知。如需更改時間，請先取消原預約再重新預約。Free change or cancellation period: If you need to change or cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the booking starts. To change the time, please cancel the original booking and make a new booking.
短時間取消規定：若未於 48 小時前通知而取消，將不退還訂金。Late cancellation policy: If you cancel without at least 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
48 小時內恕不接受更改。Changes are not accepted within 48 hours.
